Work with Finance Chair to develop registration scenarios (early bird, etc.)

Create GDPR-compliant registration form (& visa process if applicable). Ensure registration service is Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant.

Work with vendor on badging. Contact MCE to learn about discounts.

Manage on-site registration

Finalize attendee list - attendee name, item purchased, amount paid, payment method, date paid & no shows. Send to IEEE MCE with closing materials.
